Moisés Cháves
Founder

Moises is a Latin American entrepreneur, investor, and visionary known for developing technologydriven solutions that create tangible impact across various markets in Latin America.

From a young age, he took on the responsibility of leading his family businesses in Costa Rica, which allowed him to gain broad industry experience and build strategic ties across multiple countries, particularly in Asia.

He currently serves as the Vice President of the Latin American Business Group, a division of the Singapore Business Federation, a government entity focused on global trade relations.

Moises is also the President and Co-founder of OMNiLabs and Deputy CEO of Bankaool, in addition to serving on the boards of multiple technologyfocused companies.

Samuel Cháves
Founder

Samuel is a Latin American entrepreneur and investor who has held key leadership roles since 2017, with a strong presence in Asia, where he has established strategic connections with Asian markets and investors in Singapore, China, and Vietnam.

As an investor in startups and strategic advisor, Samuel Chaves combines his expertise in corporate strategy and business intelligence with a global focus on innovation and business development.

A graduate of Hult International Business School, his global network positions him as an active investor in startups and projects across Central America and the Caribbean (CAC).

Currently, he is Vice Chairman of the Board at Bankaool, where he leads strategic initiatives that drive digital transformation and sustainable growth.

Stanley Wong
Managing Director
OMNi Asia Pacific

Stanley brings over 30 years of global leadership experience across mobility, IoT, fintech, and industrial sectors. He currently leads OmniBnk's Asia Pacific operations, focusing on the convergence of Super Apps, micro mobility, and smart financial ecosystems.

Previously, Stanley served as CEO of Go Mobility Forever (2016-2022), where he established a strong foothold in the micro mobility bikesharing market across Central America and Western Europe, leveraging deep industrial ties with China's supply chain.

His earlier career spans senior management roles at leading multinational corporations, including Zhonglu Corporation (China), Brunswick Corporation (USA), Thomson (France), Philips (Netherlands), and Sony (Japan), where he developed a track record of cross-cultural leadership and operational excellence.

In recognition of his international achievements and expertise, Stanley was granted the Australian Global Talent Individual (GTI) visa in 2023.
